In the app
Open Profile → Delete Frame account, then confirm. If asked, choose the same Google account to verify it is you. Frame reports success only after Firebase Authentication has deleted the account. A failed or offline request can be retried.
Optional sign-in is available in account-enabled builds. If you have only used the local gallery and never signed in to Frame, there is no Frame account to delete.
Without the app
You can request deletion by email. You do not need to reinstall Frame or sign in on this website.
Send the request to trinadh.thatakula@gmail.com, preferably from the email address you used to sign in to Frame. Include “Frame account deletion request” and that account email. The developer may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request and will reply about its outcome.
Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens, identity documents or private photos. Sending an email submits a request; it does not automatically delete an account.
What is deleted
For the current authentication phase, deletion removes your Frame account’s Firebase Authentication record, including its UID and linked Google profile information. Frame does not currently store a cloud media library, wallet, referral history or purchases for that account. Your Google account itself is unaffected.
What stays
Your photos, videos, favorites, hidden-item references, collections, playback history, widgets, wallpaper and appearance settings remain on your device. Account deletion does not remove local files or clear app storage. You can manage them separately in Frame and Android Settings.
Google may retain service and security logs under its policies. Support correspondence is retained as reasonably needed to process and document the request or meet legal requirements. The privacy policy explains these practices.
Signing out and uninstalling
Signing out clears your local Frame session. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local app data but does not delete the Firebase account. Use account deletion if you want that record removed.
